Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- must have food handlers and TABC certification
- previous experience in food service, customer service, or hospitality role preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- knowledge of basic food and beverage handling procedures
- positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- attention to detail, organizational skills and a professional demeanor
- flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests and guide them through the dining experience
- take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen
- serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- handle cash and process payment accurately
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
- ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- collaborate with the team to provide seamless service
- upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- assist with opening and closing duties as needed
