Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • must have food handlers and TABC certification
  • previous experience in food service, customer service, or hospitality role preferred
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • knowledge of basic food and beverage handling procedures
  • positive attitude and teamwork orientation
  • attention to detail, organizational skills and a professional demeanor
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and guide them through the dining experience
  • take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen
  • serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • handle cash and process payment accurately
  • follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
  • ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
  • process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • collaborate with the team to provide seamless service
  • upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
  • monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively
  • assist with opening and closing duties as needed
