- ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
Job Duties
- serve food and beverages orders with appropriate garnishments and condiments to guests
- ensure all food items are served as soon as they are ready
- serve all guests seated at a table together ensuring proper timing
- respond to guest questions with informed answers
- stand and maintain fast-paced mobility throughout the shift
- lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling and wiping as required
- frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds of food, beverage, and other items
- perform other duties and assist in other hotel areas as assigned
