Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage within a resort setting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

  • Experience as a supervisor within a full-service resort
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and guidance skills

  • Ability to train and develop associates
  • Familiarity with service standards and cost management
  • Experience in handling multiple food and beverage outlets

Job Duties

  • Supervise the operational efforts and strategies of food and beverage outlets
  • Supervise culinary, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility and sanitation associates
  • Train food and beverage associates in job performance, service, cleaning, and sanitation
  • Assist with writing schedules, checking time punches, training, and evaluations
  • Take immediate action on problems encountered in the outlets
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings, weekly food and beverage meetings, monthly inventory
  • Ensure all food served is of high quality, properly prepared according to recipe, and efficiently expedited
