Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of FOH management or supervisory experience
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • ServSafe certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead FOH pre-shift meetings, coaching, and staff briefings
  • Manage daily FOH operations including hosts, servers, and bartenders
  • Coach, train, and develop FOH staff to ensure excellent guest service
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to 30hop standards
  • Step in for FOH roles as needed including hosting, serving, bartending, or expo
  • Track and report facility or equipment issues
  • Engage guests, resolve concerns, and create exceptional experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
