Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of FOH management or supervisory experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- ServSafe certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead FOH pre-shift meetings, coaching, and staff briefings
- Manage daily FOH operations including hosts, servers, and bartenders
- Coach, train, and develop FOH staff to ensure excellent guest service
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to 30hop standards
- Step in for FOH roles as needed including hosting, serving, bartending, or expo
- Track and report facility or equipment issues
- Engage guests, resolve concerns, and create exceptional experiences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
