Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in restaurant shift management
  • Preferred knowledge of wine and beverage service
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Manage daily floor operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensure all guests receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service
  • Supervise and support team members to maintain smooth service flow
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to optimize service efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Assist in training new employees and enforcing restaurant policies
