Job Duties
- Manage daily floor operations during assigned shifts

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to optimize service efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in training new employees and enforcing restaurant policies
