Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, and climb stairs
- Capacity to work long hours standing or on feet
- Proficient in reading, writing, counting, and following recipes
- Ability to drive and stand or sit for long periods
- Good hearing, vision, English language, memory, math and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in training and development preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions
- Organizational skills to manage multiple training tasks
- Experience working in restaurant or hospitality industry beneficial
Job Duties
- Administer training programs for Executive General Managers and restaurant crew
- Organize and conduct classes, pre-shift huddles, cross training, and meetings
- Monitor and document completion of training including trackers, tests, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with senior leadership to update training materials and content
- Train new and less senior employees and evaluate their performance
- Assist in workforce planning and recruitment efforts
- Promote the Big Boy brand internally and externally
