Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform bending, reaching, and climbing stairs
  • ability to work long hours
  • proficiency in reading, writing, and math needed for accurate recipe following and reporting
  • good hearing, vision, memory, and organizational skills
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • capability to drive a vehicle for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Teach classes
  • conduct pre-shift huddles and meetings
  • execute cross training programs
  • manage scheduling
  • oversee food cost and cost control
  • analyze productivity reports
  • ensure functional aisle and dining room setups
  • follow up on training documentation including trackers, tests, and certifications
  • work closely with senior leadership to keep development tools up to date
  • present management development modules
  • train new and less senior employees
  • plan and prioritize team work
  • assign tasks collaboratively
  • evaluate employee performance
  • identify staffing needs
  • promote the brand for recruitment
