Job Duties

  • Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the front of the house
  • Ensure all food orders are plated and garnished according to restaurant standards
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are complete and correct
  • Communicate with servers to ensure efficient flow of orders and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that the kitchen remains organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Assist in the preparation and packing of takeout or delivery orders when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo area, including wiping down surfaces and ensuring the station is tidy
  • Handle customer inquiries or requests as needed, ensuring a positive experience
