- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three years hotel sales or catering and/or upscale hotel food and beverage experience preferred
- outstanding oral and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Participates in the development of restaurant event sales and marketing strategies
- develops and implements strategies for achieving individual restaurant catering sales goals
- contacts potential business in local market through appointments or cold calls
- prepares proposals for clients outlining details of proposed functions
- negotiates sale of restaurant catering sales functions
- creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson Blu experience
- resolves guest problems with empathy and professionalism
