Job Requirements

1-3 years of experience in sales marketing hospitality or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a proactive and professional attitude
Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
Knowledge of the local area McLean Tysons Northern VA is a plus
Passion for food and hospitality is a bonus

Job Duties

Proactively reach out to local businesses offices and organizations to promote catering and event services
Generate revenue through corporate happy hours selling the PDR and patio for private parties
Attend networking events related to local F and B initiatives
Generate follow up and close leads for catering orders and private events
Respond to inquiries via phone email and social media
Build and maintain a pipeline of repeat clients
Host and execute events
Help plan and execute local marketing campaigns flyers promotions social media community events
Monitor and respond to online reviews
Assist in managing and growing our social media presence Instagram Facebook etc working closely with social media influencers to promote the restaurant
Distribute marketing materials in local neighborhoods and businesses
Coordinate with the team on promotional events or seasonal campaigns
Track and report on leads outreach activity and conversion rates
Provide weekly updates on marketing and sales performance
