Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales marketing hospitality or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a proactive and professional attitude
- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of the local area McLean Tysons Northern VA is a plus
- Passion for food and hospitality is a bonus

Job Duties
- Proactively reach out to local businesses offices and organizations to promote catering and event services
- Generate revenue through corporate happy hours selling the PDR and patio for private parties
- Attend networking events related to local F and B initiatives
- Generate follow up and close leads for catering orders and private events
- Respond to inquiries via phone email and social media
- Build and maintain a pipeline of repeat clients
- Host and execute events
- Help plan and execute local marketing campaigns flyers promotions social media community events
- Monitor and respond to online reviews
- Assist in managing and growing our social media presence Instagram Facebook etc working closely with social media influencers to promote the restaurant
- Distribute marketing materials in local neighborhoods and businesses
- Coordinate with the team on promotional events or seasonal campaigns
- Track and report on leads outreach activity and conversion rates
- Provide weekly updates on marketing and sales performance
