- Available to work a five-day set schedule

Job Duties
- Work side by side with restaurant leaders in assigned area
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in restaurants providing direction and feedback
- Support assigned restaurant leaders in hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
- Be good to others and oneself
