Job Requirements
- Three years or more of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Experience managing restaurants with annual sales of 1.5 million dollars or more
- Background in fast casual restaurant management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Focused on people, hospitality, and integrity
- Ability to mentor and develop General Managers
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Proven skills in staff development and team building
- Experience managing fast casual restaurant locations
- Results-oriented with a commitment to hospitality and integrity
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Commitment to a long-term career in the food service industry
Job Duties
- Promote a people-first culture
- Lead teams to meet sales and budget goals
- Mentor and coach General Managers to achieve operational excellence
- Seamlessly open new locations while maintaining high-quality standards
- Grow the business by focusing on execution and food quality
- Accurately forecast business trends by store
- Meets or exceeds company sales goals and expectations
