Job Requirements

  • Three years or more of multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Experience managing restaurants with annual sales of 1.5 million dollars or more
  • Background in fast casual restaurant management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Focused on people, hospitality, and integrity
  • Ability to mentor and develop General Managers

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Proven skills in staff development and team building
  • Experience managing fast casual restaurant locations
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to hospitality and integrity
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Commitment to a long-term career in the food service industry

Job Duties

  • Promote a people-first culture
  • Lead teams to meet sales and budget goals
  • Mentor and coach General Managers to achieve operational excellence
  • Seamlessly open new locations while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Grow the business by focusing on execution and food quality
  • Accurately forecast business trends by store
