Job Requirements
- Available to work a five-day set schedule
- Previous experience in multi-unit leadership
- Ability to mentor and develop teams

Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people
- Proven track record of growing sales
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to new processes and systems
Job Duties
- Work side by side restaurant leaders in assigned area
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in restaurants providing direction and feedback
- Support restaurant leaders in hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels
- Be good to others and yourself
