Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in multi-unit leadership roles
- Availability to work a five-day set schedule
- Ability to travel to assigned restaurants
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to mentor and develop a team
- Commitment to upholding company values
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to new processes and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Work side by side with restaurant leaders in assigned area
- Spend 2-3 days at a time providing direction and feedback for leadership team
- Support assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
- Promote a positive and healthy work environment
