Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- available to work a five-day set schedule

Job Duties
- Work side by side with your restaurant leaders in your assigned area
- spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
- support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
- cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- build a bench of future leaders
- work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
- be good to others and be good to yourself
