- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Available to work a five-day set schedule
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven

Job Duties
- Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in restaurants providing direction and feedback for leadership teams
- Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
- Be good to others and good to yourself
