Job Duties

  • work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area
  • spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
  • support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
  • cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
  • build a bench of future leaders
  • work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
  • be good to others. be good to yourself
