Job Requirements

  • Operations expertise with leadership ability to move business forward
  • Manage 3-4 store locations with hands-on approach
  • Communicate regularly between store locations and corporate leadership
  • Lead by example and ensure standards are communicated and implemented
  • 2-5 years of previous multi-unit management experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in quick service restaurants, retail, customer service, or related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership in employee relations, team building and people management
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
  • Ensure proper staff training and development using company-provided resources
  • Offer superior guest relations through disciplined operating systems
  • Provide training and create accountability to maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards
  • Achieve controllable expenditure levels through training, budgets, P&L statements and business reviews
  • Ensure and enforce proper safety, security and cash handling procedures
