Job Requirements
- Operations expertise with leadership ability to move business forward
- Manage 3-4 store locations with hands-on approach
- Communicate regularly between store locations and corporate leadership
- Lead by example and ensure standards are communicated and implemented
- 2-5 years of previous multi-unit management experience preferred

- Previous experience in quick service restaurants, retail, customer service, or related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
Job Duties
- Provide leadership in employee relations, team building and people management
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
- Ensure proper staff training and development using company-provided resources
- Offer superior guest relations through disciplined operating systems
- Provide training and create accountability to maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards
- Achieve controllable expenditure levels through training, budgets, P&L statements and business reviews
- Ensure and enforce proper safety, security and cash handling procedures
