Job Duties
- Provide leadership in employee relations, team building and people management
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing
- Ensure proper staff training and development using company-provided resources
- Offer superior guest relations through disciplined operating systems
- Provide training and create accountability to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards
- Achieve controllable expenditure levels through training, budgeting, P&L statements, business reviews and performance
- Enforce proper safety, security and cash handling procedures
