Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant leadership experience
  • At least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
  • Ability to mentor and develop teams
  • Capacity to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Willingness to travel and drive company vehicle
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Compliance with eVerify and background check processes

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • At least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams
  • Proven track record of developing people and growing sales
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and driven personality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to new processes and systems

Job Duties

  • Mentor and lead general managers across multiple locations
  • Oversee daily business operations within the district
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive same-store sales growth
  • Improve the guest experience by ensuring high service standards
  • Foster team building and strategic people development
  • Manage deployment and scheduling to optimize operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain a positive and growth-oriented culture within the district
