Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant leadership experience
- At least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Ability to mentor and develop teams
- Capacity to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to travel and drive company vehicle
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Compliance with eVerify and background check processes
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- At least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales

Job Duties
- Mentor and lead general managers across multiple locations
- Oversee daily business operations within the district
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive same-store sales growth
- Improve the guest experience by ensuring high service standards
- Foster team building and strategic people development
- Manage deployment and scheduling to optimize operational efficiency
- Build and maintain a positive and growth-oriented culture within the district
