Job Requirements

  • Available to work a five-day set schedule
  • Ability to work side by side with restaurant leaders in multiple locations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive team culture
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales, labor, and food cost targets
  • Willingness to travel between multiple restaurants as needed
  • Ability to mentor and develop future leaders

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
  • Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to new processes and systems

Job Duties

  • Work side by side with restaurant leaders in assigned area
  • Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
  • Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
  • Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
  • Build a bench of future leaders
  • Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
  • Be good to others and to yourself
