Job Requirements
- Available to work a five-day set schedule
- Ability to work side by side with restaurant leaders in multiple locations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive team culture
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales, labor, and food cost targets
- Willingness to travel between multiple restaurants as needed
- Ability to mentor and develop future leaders
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to new processes and systems
Job Duties
- Work side by side with restaurant leaders in assigned area
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
- Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
- Be good to others and to yourself
