- maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and cookware by operating dishwashers effectively
- opt for hand washing particular items, for example, wooden tools and oversized pots
- ensure that the area surrounding the dishwasher is neat and free of debris
- check the performance of cleaning equipment and dishwashers to validate their efficiency and report any operational issues
- provide support in preparing food as requested
- keep clean dishes organized by storing them in the correct areas
