Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen assistant role is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
- Physical stamina to stand and lift items for extended periods
Job Duties
- Thoroughly wash and store all service ware, cookware, and utensils used in food preparation and service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Organize kitchen equipment and supplies to support food preparation and service
- Assist with cleaning duties to ensure the kitchen environment is safe and tidy
- Support team members by promptly removing dirty dishes and replenishing clean items
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen sanitation
- Participate in training and development programs as required
