- proven success leading teams in high-volume high-touch environments

Job Duties
- Maintain a strong consistent presence on the dining floor during all key service periods
- personally engage with guests to build relationships remember preferences and nurture repeat visits
- oversee all service touchpoints to ensure flawless execution in alignment with Forbes Five-Star and Waldorf Astoria standards
- anticipate guest needs and coordinate seamlessly with the culinary and sommelier teams to deliver thoughtful personalized experiences
- lead by example in the art of table presence conversation and pacing to elevate the overall dining journey
- conduct pre-shift briefings menu tastings and ongoing service workshops to ensure deep knowledge of the menu ingredients provenance and Italian culinary philosophy
- continuously train and coach the team in Forbes service standards body language and storytelling that conveys the restaurant brand
