Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration hospitality management or related field preferred
- 10+ years in multi-unit franchise operations management in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant industry
- Franchise experience working for a franchisor brand
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Job Qualifications
- 10+ years in multi-unit franchise operations management preferably in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant industry
- Experience working for a franchisor brand not a franchisee
- Proven leadership ability to drive performance and foster strong relationships
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management and forecasting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee operations for 200+ restaurant locations
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational excellence
- Monitor KPIs to drive sales and profitability
- Mentor and develop leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning
- Support growth initiatives through market analysis and integration of new locations
