Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in a restaurant leadership role
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as manager on duty (MOD)
- hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture
- oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)
- ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment
- partner with the GM on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
