Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in a restaurant leadership role
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to lead by example and work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as manager on duty (MOD)
  • hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture
  • oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)
  • ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment
  • partner with the GM on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
