Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
- Valid driver’s license number
- Social security number (US only)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Access to a car, scooter, or bicycle depending on city
- Successful completion of ID verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with using smartphone apps
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to navigate efficiently in assigned delivery areas
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Deliver orders punctually and accurately
- Pick up food, groceries, or retail items from designated locations
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers and merchants
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage orders and track deliveries
- Ensure accurate handling and transport of orders to preserve quality
- Follow all local traffic and safety regulations
- Manage cash-out and payments through the DoorDash Crimson system
