Job Requirements
- Must represent The Potbelly Advantage and Our Values
- Excellent customer services skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A vehicle to drive
- A valid driver's license
- Driving record must be in good standing
- Proof of insurance limits for property damage and bodily injury that are at least $50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident
- Must provide their own smartphone and use the required delivery app when making deliveries
- Excellent driving skills in order to safely arrive to the customer location
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in English via verbal and written communication
- Experience in food delivery a plus
- All hourly, non-managers are required per jurisdictional requirements to successfully complete a Food Handler course and exam

Job Duties
- Demonstrates and behaves according to the Potbelly Values
- Provide quick and friendly delivery service and set-up
- Ensure correct and complete orders are delivered on time
- Properly handle manual payments and tip reporting as needed
- Effectively handle customer complaints and issues
- When not making deliveries, perform other associate position duties such as preparing quality finished products, restocking items, cleaning, operating the cash register, answering phones, and providing great customer service
- Follow Potbelly policies and procedures
