Job Requirements
- Must represent The Potbelly Advantage and Our Values
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have access to a vehicle
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must have good standing driving record
- Proof of insurance with minimum limits of $50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident
- Must provide own smartphone and use required delivery app
- Excellent driving skills to safely reach customer locations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience in food delivery is a plus
- Must complete Food Handler course and exam as required
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in English verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with food delivery preferred
- Completion of Food Handler course and exam per jurisdictional requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient with smartphone technology and delivery applications
Job Duties
- Deliver Potbelly products quickly and safely with excellent customer service
- Ensure correct and complete orders are delivered on time
- Handle manual payments and tip reporting accurately
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues
- Assist with in-store duties such as food preparation, restocking, cleaning, operating the cash register, and phone answering
- Follow health, safety, and company policies
- Adhere to Potbelly values and standards during all activities
