- Driving record must be in good standing
- Proof of insurance limits for property damage and bodily injury at least $50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent driving skills to arrive safely
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in English verbally and in writing
- Experience in food delivery is a plus

Job Duties
- Demonstrate Potbelly's behaviors and values including integrity and teamwork
- Provide quick and friendly delivery service and set-up
- Effectively handle customer complaints and issues
- Prepare quality finished products at various stations as needed
- Comply with health and food safety standards
- Restock items and clean the shop area
- Operate the cash register and answer the phone while providing great customer service
