Job Requirements
- 18+ years old (19+ in certain states for alcohol deliveries)
- Any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Valid driver’s license number
- Social security number (only in the US)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Ability to pass ID verification
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Possess a valid driver’s license or appropriate identification for scooters/bicycles
- Must have consistent access to a smartphone
- Be able to pass identity verification and eligibility requirements
- Ability to navigate and operate in assigned delivery areas
- Basic customer service skills
- Reliable transportation (car, scooter, or bicycle) in select cities
Job Duties
- Pick up food, groceries, or retail orders from designated stores or restaurants
- Deliver orders accurately and timely to customers' locations
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to accept delivery requests and navigate routes
- Maintain good communication with customers and support team as needed
- Manage time efficiently to maximize earnings and complete multiple deliveries
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling orders carefully and professionally
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines while dashing
