- Must have access to a car, scooter, or bicycle depending on location
- Valid driver’s license number
- Social security number for identity verification in the US
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Must complete successful ID verification
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to manage cash and electronic transactions
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license or valid identification for scooter or bicycle delivery
- Access to a vehicle such as a car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Consistent access to a smartphone with internet connectivity
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and the DoorDash app
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail locations
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Ensure exceptional customer service during each delivery
- Follow DoorDash guidelines to maintain safety and quality standards
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage delivery assignments and earnings
- Handle cash or electronic payments securely and efficiently
- Report any issues or discrepancies promptly to DoorDash support
