Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- valid driver's license or equivalent
- access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- possession of social security number (only in the US)
- consistent access to a smartphone
- ability to pass background check and ID verification
- 21+ years old to deliver alcohol where applicable
Job Qualifications
- understanding of local geography and ability to navigate efficiently
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to manage time effectively
- familiarity with smartphone apps is preferred
- responsible and reliable with a valid driver's license or equivalent
- ability to lift and carry orders safely
- prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- pick up orders from restaurants or stores
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage deliveries and navigate routes
- communicate professionally with customers and support staff
- ensure orders are handled with care and maintain food safety standards
- cash out earnings using the app
- adhere to local delivery regulations and DoorDash policies
