- Ability to use a car, scooter, or bicycle depending on location
- Minimum age 21 plus to deliver alcohol
- Must be 19 plus years old in specific states such as Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia
