Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must have a valid driver’s license
- consistent access to a vehicle, scooter, or bicycle as applicable
- access to a smartphone compatible with the DoorDash app
- able to provide social security number for background checks (US only)
- pass background and identity verification
- comply with age restrictions for delivering alcohol where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
- ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- strong communication skills
- reliable time management and self-motivation
- knowledge of local streets and delivery routes
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver food orders promptly and accurately
- provide friendly and professional customer service
- manage and track deliveries using the DoorDash Dasher app
- ensure the safe handling of food and retail items
- adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations
- communicate effectively with customers and support team
- maintain a reliable and timely delivery schedule
