Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
Have a valid driver's license
Provide a social security number (if delivering in the US)
Have consistent access to a smartphone
Pass a background check and ID verification
Own a vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities)

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of local area and traffic patterns
Reliable transportation such as car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities

Job Duties

Pick up orders from restaurants, convenience stores, or grocery outlets
Deliver food, groceries, or retail orders promptly to customers
Use the DoorDash app to accept and manage delivery requests
Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery status
Ensure accuracy and quality of orders during delivery
Handle payments through the DoorDash system
Cash out earnings using the app
