- must be 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
- access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- valid driver’s license number
- social security number (for US Dashers)
- consistent access to a smartphone
- successful ID verification
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in delivery or customer service is a plus
- ability to use a smartphone and navigate using an app
- knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods
- strong communication skills
- reliable time management and punctuality
Job Duties
- pick up orders from restaurants or stores
- deliver orders to customers promptly and safely
- maintain communication with customers through the DoorDash app
- manage cash-out and payments through the app
- adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
- troubleshoot any delivery issues as they arise
- provide excellent customer service during deliveries
