Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
provide all customers with quick and friendly service
work together as a team assisting other crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
work under pressure and at a fast pace
align with Raising Cane's culture by balancing working hard and having fun
take initiative
comply with company policies

Job Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older
no previous restaurant experience required
ability to provide quick and friendly customer service
excellent communication and teamwork skills
ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast pace
genuine, responsible, dependable, and enthusiastic attitude
ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
kneel, bend, twist, or stoop as needed during tasks
ascend or descend stairs safely
reach and grasp objects above head and below waistline
maintain excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team members
show up to scheduled shifts on time
clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
multitask effectively during busy periods
