Job Requirements
- 16 plus years of age
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50 plus pounds for the duration of a shift up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks
- Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
- Tolerance to temperature fluctuations
- Work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
- Read, write, speak, and understand basic English
- Communicate clearly
- Use a basic computer system such as cash register
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules according to business needs
- Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as city, state, and federal laws and mandates

Job Duties
- Perform essential duties across various restaurant stations including cash register, grill, dressing station, fry station, lobby and morning prep area
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned stations
- Assist with food preparation and cooking following safety standards
- Handle transactions using a basic computer system such as cash registers
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Support team members and management with daily operational needs
