Job Requirements

  • 16 plus years of age
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50 plus pounds for the duration of a shift up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks
  • Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
  • Tolerance to temperature fluctuations
  • Work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
  • Read, write, speak, and understand basic English
  • Communicate clearly
  • Use a basic computer system such as cash register
  • Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules according to business needs
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as city, state, and federal laws and mandates

Job Duties

  • Perform essential duties across various restaurant stations including cash register, grill, dressing station, fry station, lobby and morning prep area
  • Provide friendly, fast and accurate customer service
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned stations
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking following safety standards
  • Handle transactions using a basic computer system such as cash registers
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and health regulations
  • Support team members and management with daily operational needs
