Job Requirements

  • Must obtain or complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire
  • One to two years of leadership experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have flexible availability, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Strong guest service mentality and a genuine desire to serve customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to move and lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs, and perform routine physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and stooping

Job Duties

  • Support training and development for restaurant team members to improve operations and enhance the guest experience
  • Execute shift Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and daily operations plan
  • Manage the restaurant floor, maintaining regular guest contact and resolving issues efficiently
  • Log guest complaints, handle escalations professionally, and ensure proper use of feedback systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company operational policies
  • Lead team member appearance, conduct, and uniform standards
  • Ensure compliance with food specifications, recipes, and garnishes to maintain food quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory and supply chain operations, ensuring timely orders and proper stock levels
  • Open and close the restaurant according to company procedures
  • Delegate tasks to support daily operational needs
  • Ensure equipment, building structure, and the restaurant’s appearance are maintained according to regulations and SOPs
  • Uphold sanitation practices, food storage protocols, and temperature maintenance
  • Implement and monitor a cleaning schedule and train team members on hygiene and food safety
  • Develop and maintain a restaurant safety program, holding safety meetings and ensuring the use of proper safety tools
  • Control cash handling and ensure register accuracy
  • Assist with the execution of marketing promotions and ensure proper use of promotional materials
  • Complete required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
