Desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
Ability to ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
Ability to follow health code guidelines
Excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques
Desire to be a brand ambassador and promote the loyalty rewards program
Ability to multi-task with physical capability to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or foodservice experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Basic cash handling skills
Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the food service area
Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Follow proper health code guidelines
Exhibit excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques
Promote the loyalty rewards program as a brand ambassador
Perform multi-tasking including repeated bending, standing, and reaching with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
