- previous cook or food preparation experience beneficial
- food handlers certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- prepare food items according to menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- determine food and supplies needed to keep kitchen stocked during service
- ensure food preparation meets quantity and deadline requirements
- follow proper health procedures and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- maintain standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health
- assist with food inventory management
- support team in maintaining kitchen efficiency and safety
