Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • deep knowledge and interest in food and cooking techniques
  • working knowledge of all food service areas, inventory management, product rotation, ordering and forecasting
  • must be a positive team player, leader, and role model that can effectively manage through change
  • ability to train others in food production, food handling and product management
  • performance oriented, with effective organization and time management skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • must be conscientious, and capable of consistently following directions, procedures and recipes

  • works in food service and restaurant operations doing prep, cooking, product rotation, and packaging
  • establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, guests, market support staff, and vendor community

  • assists in training and development of employees
  • establishes and maintains a 360-feedback process including guests, staff and leadership
