Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- deep knowledge and interest in food and cooking techniques
- working knowledge of all food service areas, inventory management, product rotation, ordering and forecasting
- must be a positive team player, leader, and role model that can effectively manage through change
- ability to train others in food production, food handling and product management
- performance oriented, with effective organization and time management skills
- excellent customer service skills
- must be conscientious, and capable of consistently following directions, procedures and recipes
- understands and upholds ready for business standards
- must possess an attitude of service to others
- demonstrates self-discipline and accountability
- ability to build and maintain effective relationships and trust with a diverse group of staff, guests, and vendors

- works in food service and restaurant operations doing prep, cooking, product rotation, and packaging
- establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, guests, market support staff, and vendor community
