Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Strong team-working skills
- Willingness to adhere to the dress code and maintain a high level of personal hygiene
- Willing to obtain food handlers permit per state requirements paid for by Sapp Bros.
- Ability to provide proper documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background credit and employment reference check
- Physical presence at assigned work site required

Job Duties
- Cooking and preparing of all menu items including all Grab and Go food items
- Utilizing the pressure fryers
- Preparing and portioning food prior during and after service
- Checking temperatures of food and filling out temperature and food safety logs
- Stocking maintaining and rotating sufficient levels of food product on the Hot case and Cold case cooler and freezer
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment as well as operating the industrial dishwasher
- Performing all duties assigned by your management team
