Job Requirements

some high school education required
prior experience in restaurant operations preferred
must acquire local food handler certification at own expense
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to lift up to 50 lbs
effective communication skills
adaptability to changing priorities

Job Duties

contribute to a vibrant and inviting environment for our guests
prepare all menu items according to company recipes and standards
guide and support the kitchen team with training and development
execute all Back of House tasks with efficiency
maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
ensure compliance with food safety regulations
assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
