high school diploma or equivalent
valid food handler card or equivalent certification
willingness to work nights and weekends
reliable and punctual
physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
basic cooking skills
ability to follow instructions closely

Job Duties

portion and prepare food items prior to cooking
sauté, fry, and cook food on the kitchen line
ensure use of fresh ingredients and adherence to sanitation guidelines
prep recipes to standard to maintain product consistency
assist customers with orders and serve food when needed
fill display cases as needed
assist in cleaning the department
