Job Requirements

  • At least three years of previous line cooking experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to carry out basic and intermediate cooking techniques
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work multiple stations in a kitchen
  • Willingness to work under moderate supervision and training

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Capable of managing multiple kitchen stations

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Assist in supervising kitchen staff in the absence of the supervisor
  • Work multiple kitchen stations efficiently
  • Prepare soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
