Job Duties

prepare food items according to the menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
ensure proper health procedures are followed in food preparation and kitchen maintenance
maintain or exceed standards of appearance cleanliness hygiene and health
follow quantity and deadline requirements in food preparation
assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
