Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand extensively during peak hours

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess basic math skills
  • Maintain appropriate hygiene
  • Meet relevant state or local regulations regarding food handling
  • Complete all training, including anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training
  • Have knowledge of kitchen chemicals and safe work habits

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction through proper plate presentation and cooking to Denny's specifications
  • Promptly inform management of any safety hazards, equipment issues, or out-of-stock items
  • Prepare ingredient items according to recipe and company standards
  • Follow all company policies, including food storage, rotation, portioning, and punctuality
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation on the fry line at all times
  • Complete all required paperwork, side-work, stocking, and daily cleaning tasks
  • Manage peak business hours professionally and effectively
  • Promote safety standards and uphold Denny's values
