Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing chopping and marinating
- Assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and menu planning
- Cook menu items according to specifications and ensure presentation meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace including proper storage of food items
- Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation practices at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety protocols
- Utilize various kitchen tools and equipment including knives grills ovens and fryers
