Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing chopping and marinating
  • Assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and menu planning
  • Cook menu items according to specifications and ensure presentation meets quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace including proper storage of food items
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation practices at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak hours
  • Help train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety protocols
  • Utilize various kitchen tools and equipment including knives grills ovens and fryers
